Depending on the services enabled in the application, we may process limited technical information necessary to operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve Bizoot, such as:

  • Device type and operating system
  • App version
  • Technical identifiers
  • Crash and diagnostic information

We do not intentionally collect technical information that is unnecessary for providing or maintaining the service.

2. How We Use Your Information

We may use your information to:

  • Create and maintain your Bizoot account
  • Save and display your subscriptions
  • Calculate recurring subscription spending
  • Generate spending analytics and insights
  • Provide renewal and subscription reminders
  • Synchronize your Bizoot information across supported devices, where available

3. Notifications and Reminders

If you enable notifications, Bizoot may send notifications relating to your subscriptions, including upcoming renewals, payments, trials, or other reminders.

You can control notification permissions through your device settings.

4. Third-Party Services

Bizoot may rely on third-party service providers to provide essential application functionality.

These may include:

Firebase / Google — may be used for services such as authentication, database functionality, cloud infrastructure, notifications, analytics, or crash reporting, depending on the Bizoot features currently enabled.

RevenueCat — may be used to manage premium subscription entitlements and purchase status.

Apple App Store — processes purchases and subscriptions made through Apple’s platform.

Google Play — processes purchases and subscriptions made through Google’s platform.

These providers may receive or process limited information necessary to provide their respective services.

Their processing of information is also subject to their own privacy policies and applicable contractual and legal requirements.

5. Payments and Premium Subscriptions

If you purchase a Bizoot premium subscription through the Apple App Store or Google Play, payment processing is handled by the applicable platform.

Bizoot does not receive or store your full credit or debit card details for purchases processed through these platforms.

We and our subscription-management provider may receive information relating to your purchase, such as:

  • Subscription status
  • Product purchased
  • Purchase or transaction identifier
  • Renewal status
  • Expiration information

This information is used to provide and manage premium access.

6. How We Share Information

We do not sell or rent your personal information.

We may share or allow processing of information only when reasonably necessary:

  • With service providers that help operate Bizoot
  • To process and verify purchases
  • To provide infrastructure, authentication, or notifications
  • To protect the security and integrity of Bizoot
  • To comply with applicable laws, regulations, legal processes, or lawful government requests
  • In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of all or part of the business, subject to applicable law

Service providers are expected to process information only as permitted for the services they provide.

7. Data Storage and Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure.

However, no internet-based service or electronic storage system can guarantee absolute security.

Depending on the service used, information may be processed or stored by third-party infrastructure providers in countries outside your country of residence. Where required, we use or rely on appropriate safeguards for international transfers of personal information.

8. Data Retention

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary to:

  • Provide Bizoot services
  • Maintain your account
  • Fulfil the purposes described in this Privacy Policy
  • Meet applicable legal, accounting, security, or regulatory requirements
  • Resolve disputes and enforce our agreements

When information is no longer required, it may be deleted or anonymized in accordance with applicable law and our technical processes.

9. Account and Data Deletion

You may request deletion of your Bizoot account and associated personal information.

Where an account-deletion option is available within the Bizoot application, you may use that option. You may also contact us using the contact details provided below.

When an account is deleted, associated personal information will be deleted or anonymized unless we are legally required or otherwise permitted to retain certain information.

Some limited information may remain temporarily in backups or be retained where necessary for fraud prevention, security, accounting, legal compliance, or dispute resolution.

Deleting your Bizoot account does not necessarily cancel a subscription purchased through Apple or Google. App-store subscriptions may need to be cancelled separately through the applicable platform.

10. Your Privacy Rights

If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), United Kingdom, or another jurisdiction providing similar privacy rights, you may have rights concerning your personal information, including the right to:

  • Request access to your personal information
  • Request correction of inaccurate information
  • Request deletion of your information
  • Request restriction of certain processing
  • Object to certain processing
  • Request data portability where applicable
  • Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent
  • Lodge a complaint with an applicable data protection authority

These rights may be subject to limitations and exceptions under applicable law.

11. Legal Bases for Processing

Where the GDPR applies, we process personal information only when we have an appropriate legal basis.

Depending on the circumstances, this may include:

Performance of a contract — where processing is necessary to provide Bizoot and the features you request.

Consent — where you have given permission for specific processing, where required.

Legitimate interests — where processing is reasonably necessary to operate, secure, maintain, and improve Bizoot, provided those interests are not overridden by your rights.

Legal obligations — where processing is necessary to comply with applicable law.

12. Children’s Privacy

Bizoot is not intended for children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Where a higher minimum age applies under local law for particular processing activities, we will comply with the applicable requirements.

If we become aware that personal information from a child has been collected in circumstances where it should not have been, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.

13. Cookies and Website Information

The Bizoot website may use cookies or similar technologies necessary for website operation, security, preferences, or analytics.

The exact cookies used may depend on the WordPress configuration, plugins, analytics services, and other technologies enabled on bizoot.com.

Where required by applicable law, non-essential cookies will be used only after appropriate consent has been obtained.

14. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to Bizoot, our technology, legal requirements, or privacy practices.

When we make changes, we will update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page.

If changes are material, we may provide additional notice where required by applicable law.
